The first picture was taken with the meter at + and the camera was set at Shutter Speed- 25, F 4.8, and ISO 1600.
The second picture was taken with the meter at 0 and the camera was set at shutter speed 50, F4.8, and ISO 1600
The third picture was taken with the meter at - and the camera set at shutter speed 100, F4.8, and ISO 1600
Bracketing is the process of shooting the same subject through your camera, just using different settings for each picture. On my camera, I manipulated all the settings after trying many times to get the picture, I changed the ISO from 400 to 1600, and I put the F stop on 4.8. While shooting the three pictures, I only changed the shutter speed, though, because that was the only one that was easily and quickly changed with the wheel while shooting. I wanted all the pictures to be as similar as possible in composition. I had to turn the wheel twice in either direction in order to get the meter to settle one stop up or down. I chose to shoot this subject because in our first class we discussed shooting still life, so I set this up in my apartment.
